Oh my god NO! It drives me crazy to see people encouraged to paint beautiful wood floors on those home remodeling shows and stuff! Do you have any idea how much work it is to REMOVE paint from those gorgeous floors later when someone figures out it was a mistake to do this?

If you look at the link within the posting, you will notice that this post is not encouraging people to paint their hardwood floors, but instead instructing people on how to die their own rug using carpet remnants.
